Her journey began in engineering, where she explored the world of signals and systems before moving into broadcast project management in Singapore. From leading complex technical rollouts to overseeing nationwide media operations, she spent over a decade delivering excellence across DTT/DTH, OTT/VOD and Youtube platforms. But even amidst the high-stakes pressure, what truly inspired her wasn’t just the systems, it was always the people behind them.
With a strong belief in lifelong learning, Julia earned her Master of Science from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, one of the world’s top technological institutions, along with a Bachelor of Engineering. After returning to Myanmar to be closer to her family, especially her mother, her greatest source of strength and motivation, she found herself in leadership roles during a time of national crisis. As the country faced political upheaval and economic instability, Julia shifted too: from managing tasks to mentoring people, from enforcing structure to empowering growth.
That shift changed everything.
Julia discovered that real leadership isn’t about control it’s about empowerment. She stopped managing for the moment and started coaching for the future, helping her team become confident, resilient, and ready for whatever came next. That’s when she found her true calling: helping others grow into who they’re meant to be.
In late 2023, a video on Ikigai—the Japanese philosophy of purpose—stopped her in her tracks. It helped her see what she had already come to feel: that she wasn’t just building a career; she was stepping into her calling. That calling was coaching. Fully committed, she immersed herself in coaching education, becoming a Certified NLP Coach and taking on the role of Associate Director of Programming at the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It was there that her global coaching journey began—driven by purpose and grounded in service, especially to her home country and the Burmese community.
As her passion for coaching deepened, Julia sought to serve her clients with greater empathy and depth. She pursued training in counseling and therapy so she could truly understand people beyond the surface and hold space for their full, complex humanity.
Today, coaching sparks her every single day. It’s not a job, it’s her joy. She’s coached over 200 clients, with more than 360 hours of experience across corporate workshops, 1-on-1 sessions, and group coaching. Her approach is rooted in compassion, clarity, and meaningful transformation.
