Coaching is a structured, goal-oriented process in which a coach supports an individual (the “coachee”) in identifying and achieving personal or professional goals. Unlike mentoring or therapy, coaching is typically future-focused and action-oriented, with an emphasis on unlocking potential rather than fixing problems or providing direct advice.

What can I expect from a coaching session?
We’ll begin with a discovery call, a chance for us to connect, get to know each other, and see if we’re a good fit. If you decide to move forward, I recommend committing to a minimum of five sessions to allow meaningful progress to unfold.
Our first session will focus on co-creating your personalized coaching plan. Together, we’ll outline the outcomes you want to achieve and the actions that will support you in getting there.
From there, each session will be guided by you. You’ll choose the focus of our conversation, and I’ll be there to hold a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore, reflect, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
What is your coaching framework?
I am an NLP coach. NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is the study of how our thoughts, language, and behavior interact to shape our experience of the world. Through NLP, our coaching focuses on the patterns in your thinking, communication, and emotional responses as the foundation for meaningful change. It is a powerful framework for unlocking personal transformation, because it rewires limiting beliefs and behaviors, enabling you to design a life of clarity, confidence, and purpose.
How is this different from other methodology(Counseling, Theraphy, and Motivational Learning)?
Coaching is active and focused on the present. Our sessions will center on the now. It’s driven by what you want to create, change, or achieve. Coaching is forward-looking, goal-oriented, and action-based. It’s about moving from where you are to where you want to be, with clarity and accountability.
Therapy, on the other hand, often looks into the past. It’s about healing, understanding, and making peace with what’s happened before. Therapy can help people process trauma, manage mental health challenges, or navigate deep emotional patterns. It may involve diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Counseling tends to sit somewhere in between. It’s often short-term and focused on helping you cope with specific life situations—like grief, stress, or relationship issues. It provides guidance and emotional support, usually with a practical, solution-focused approach.
Motivational speaking is different altogether. It’s more of a one-to-many experience, designed to inspire, energize, and spark possibility. It’s about creating a shift in mindset—often through storytelling, bold ideas, or lived experience—but it’s not interactive or personalized like coaching or therapy.
